our music video

This is our music video, after a lot of stress and fun we finally created our cover of 'baggy trousers-madness.'

overall i am very pleased with the outcome, i feel it gives an unstagged and natural feel, unlike most videos our video is about friendship.

It took me a long time to sync the song with the miming, and to get the music to go with the music but i think the whole music video is good.

I would like to go back to edit some bits out and add a little more effects for detail, for example the beginning part i would have liked to make it look more dreamy, by making it disfocused or to make it look a little more as though it is a dream.

I am very proud that we came together to make such a possitive video, because usually videos look rather doll if they are about love or quit sad.  

Resolution

We have now decided that this is how the music video is going to go..

Starts of like a the 'i want to break free' from queen style, where the singers are dressed as different characters. So one of the characters are a mum, the other character is a daughter, and one more is the dad. -turns out that the forth boy was having a bad dream about his friends.




So he wakes up and meets his friends for a day at the park.. we hope that this scene will look a little like boys in mischief.

The main feature is the dream, which has obviously disturberd the character who keeps getting flash back of the dream.. for example one of the flash backs will be when jamie is running towards nick (the boy) and jamie suddenly turns into the mum that nick was dreaming about.

Our Big problem.. resolution.

Everytime we try to communicate with all 8 actors, some of them let us down. Creatin stress, as we cant film. So we have decided to change the idea of the music video. instead of four other actors coming in to shoot the business men, we are going to keep four, being our band members.

Here are a few of the ideas we came up with..

1. Shots showing the relationship between the band members
2. Having two of the band members being business men and two being the immature ones
3. messing around

One idea i have that i feel will make the music video is if the characters hold up lyrics to the song, so this will happen for every chorus.
